As soon as my wife got in the car she realized it was not the car she wanted at all. We just bought a car online without seeing it and now we are stuck with it. Or so I thought. I called Tony, and without hesitation he said “No Problem.” With the 45 day return policy they would take it back. Tony then went above and beyond. We were even able to keep the car until he found us a new one. Tony asked exactly what my wife was looking for and we gave him our basic requirements. Tony found several C300s that not only matched our requirements but had more options then we asked for at the same price. We picked one and Tony had it for us with in a few days.
Was looking at a vehicle for purchase, noticed a broken button/switch in the center console, and was advised that this piece would not be replaced prior to purchase. When looking at premium sports coupe, all items should be proper prior to leaving the dealer. Advised via email that there were a few hundred dollars in negotiation/wiggle room, then later advised that they were unwilling to budge on their price. Not a proper business case/process.
looked at Jeep Grand Cherokee. Tony was nice had no problem having a mechanic look at this car that was presented as a castle certified vehicle which meant it went thru a full inspection. He insisted we take to jeep dealer which cost 146.00 dollars to have inspected. Well either this car was never looked at or he needs a new mechanic! Jeep dealer found over 3000.00 dollars of repairs that would need to be done on a car being sold in perfect condition. I'm out 146.00 which pisses me off. I see that car finally sold, feel sorry for person who bought it. Hope the transmission problem is found before warranty is up. Hope it's a 100 percent covered item. That was only one of the issues. Do you due diligence!! Check these cars out. they look nice on outside but not so good under hood!!
Tony offered to meet us half way to make the exchange on a Saturday night, but we decided to drive to the dealership 4.5 hours away. It was worth the trip! We were able to inspect the car at the dealership and see all the other outstanding imports that he had.

Tony is outstanding! We were looking for a 2015 Mercedes C300 with low miles. We live in Michigan and it was almost impossible to find the car we wanted. We looked at all the car selling websites and made inquiries on a couple. We secured financing through our bank so we could purchase the car when we found it.
