Dr.s are very professional especially Dr.Livingston she is very caring and compassionate. Receptionists are very helpful and kind too.
I used them for a emergency visit. They got me in vary fast And did the emergency surgery on my dog within 24 hours. Even tho they were backed up on surgerys thy still fit her in understand the urgency. These guys are AMAZING! thank you all!
On the day that I visited Belle City it was first come first serve. The wait time was unexpectedly quick, which i really appreciated. The waiting room was clean and the ladies at the front desk were kind. The doctor whom seen my dog was super gentle, kind and knowledgeable. She explained the action plan for my pet clearly and in a way in which I fully understood (no medial jargon). I was pleased with my overall visit to this veterinary clinic.
This Vet Office is Amazing they are always caring and understanding , even if I have to cancel an appointment hours before . They have helped me and my family through the passing of 2 of our beloved Fur babies , they accommodated our needs for after hours appointment for one of them and told us to take all the time we needed to say our good bye to our fur baby! Thank you so Much to Dr. Livingston who has always been the greatest help during all of our visits.

I have been treated with respect and caring during difficult decisions, feel very comfortable asking questions and having discussions in healthy times as well, particularly with Drs. Ray and McCoy. Yes, caring for our pets is expensive and quite a commitment. Having friendly, caring and highly educated vets is a must and you will get that here.
