Sounds to me like nothing more than a slap on the wrist at best and no disciplanary action at all at worst .
I've been with Coldwell Banker now just 2 years, coming from Century21 for nearly 25 yrs, I have to admit, this company is the best kept secret! But no longer!! My advice ? A home purchase is usually a monumental endeavor . Use true professionals , not them .
Horrible unprofessional service from Robb Granger. Sent a text to my fiance at almost 10 pm besmirching her character because she said ' not at this time ' when she declined to view an upcoming listing we had no interest in while failing to address the 3 listings we DID want to see. We had nothing but sympathy for his family member who was hospitalized , but he chose to use that as a reason to drop us as clients while cursing at her. Good riddance.
Note : I tried to address his UNPROFESSIONAL behaviour with copies of our requests and his tirade to ' Deb' another reviewer whose response was ' I'll address this with Robb .
